No assistance, just one person at the checkout. EXACTLY 48 minutes of waiting, even though we were told someone would come in 5 minutes. An employee was walking back and forth between the checkout and the backstore without helping us, while the cashier was talking with her friend at the checkout. Other customers also complained about the lack of service, saying: “We can't complain about the service, there's none. » When we left, no one was at the cash register, however, the cashier had said that it was impossible for her to leave the cash register alone.

On November 10, 2024 at the opening, I called to ask if the item I wanted to purchase was in stock before going (because I went the day before to another store which displayed an inventory of 5 quantities and finally to be told that the inventory is wrong and to avoid moving for nothing next time, just call to confirm the quantity displayed on the internet before moving) a young man tells me that it is not possible to check and come to the store, I explain to him what I experienced the day before and he tells me that he can't do anything for me, I ask him to speak to a manager and he tells me that he can't I don't have time!! I insist again and he puts me on hold for a good 10 minutes, a young lady answers me, I explain my situation to her and she tells me that unfortunately there are only two employees and that I will have to travel, I can tell him explain that I'm not nearby and that I have to drive 40 minutes and she tells me that she can't do anything for me and to move me, I tell her that I'm speechless and she thanks me and she wishes me a beautiful day!!!!
I decide to call another store, he tells me that after checking they no longer have the item requested and I explain to him that I saw a quantity of 5 at the Boisbriand store but the attendants refuse to go and see what she has just done because they are just two employees, she tells me that she does not understand that she is also alone with another employee and that she is obliged to serve her customer, she offers me to call Boisbriand for me and ask for a transfer and to call me back, which I accept...she calls me back later to tell me that she is really surprised, that she has never experienced this, because she replied the same thing as me, she offered to place the order online and to check pick-up in store and in this way the Boisbriand store will have no other choice to prepare it because otherwise they have a bad quote, which what I deplore is that the owner responds to the bad experience but nothing changes in this store,
I finished by calling this store in Boisbriand again and I came across the same arrogant young man who refuses to give me his name and the name of the young lady I spoke to and he tells me he has to hang up and move around. I insist, telling him that I am going to make a formal complaint and he puts me on hold for 20 minutes.
A lady who also refuses to tell me the name of the person I spoke to and she tells me that there are several employees in the store!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!! She also tells me (Marie-Josée not to name her) that she cannot check and to move, it is when I inform her that I am recording the conversation that everything has changed and she tells me that she now has 5 minutes to devote to me. She comes back telling me that she has 4 or 5 items in stock, I ask her again for the names of the people I spoke to which she refuses to give me. I ask if she is the manager and she tells me no that she is an assistant.
I am the owner of a store and I can tell you that I have rarely seen, if not never experienced, such an unpleasant experience. I believe that there has clearly been a lack of customer service for a long time and unfortunately people have to live with it!!!

Le magasin d’article pour travailleur avec le moin de choix d’articles de travail que j’ai vue! Je suis une femme en construction et j’ai été éstomaquer par le manque de choix pour femme! Que ce sois chaussure ou pentalon de travail, la sélection est littéralement un seule racking???? Ce qui ne te laisse pas vraiment de choix Pour un magasin spécialisé! c’est vraiment ridicule
