Very poor customer service, not just from most of its employed customers but also from its manager.
I think it would be useful to invest more in security resources rather than hassle and treat your customers badly while trying to find their thief.

I'm leaving one star because I bought this shoe new there were brown stains as you can notice on the laces I asked for a new one there was none unfortunately I then went to pay the Mrs. at the checkout was super nice I asked her if I can have a small discount because of this defect he took the time to see the director except that the latter did not accept she did not even want to talk to me it's a shame because a small gesture of discounts even for 3 or 5 $ I will accept and leave happy except that was not the case
