I’ve usually had great shopping experiences at Sephora, but unfortunately today was very disappointing. While waiting in line, an employee named Shanchicha allowed another client to go ahead of me. It’s possible that the client had been there earlier, but what really left a bad impression was the lack of acknowledgment. We made eye contact, and not even a smile or a quick explanation was offered. A small gesture of courtesy would have made a huge difference. Very disappointed with the service today. What a shame.

This store is always sold out of most items and barely has any testers. The point of going to a Sephora store is to test the products. If I didn't need to test the products I would have just ordered online. The employees also don't acknowledge and seem to run the other way when they see a patron. I have been to all Sephora stores in MTL and some in Ontario and the states and I have never seen anything like that. This store tarnishes the usually impeccable Sephora brand and service. Do better!

The service was poor! In addition to buying for $150 minimum every time I go there and ask for samples I am told that we liked them? It wasn’t like that before! Let me tell you that you will lose sales and customers! Very disappointed the word that I would pass on to people I know is going ELSEWHERE! Not to mention that when I ask for the samples I get looked at askance! I really don't like it! Do something with your employees, it’s pitiful! The man who works there and a young woman who looks good. The worst is the lady who manages when he has a problem????? His attitude leaves something to be desired! $1000 this year that I spent at this store in less than 9 months! In 2025 I will spend my money in another store maybe in the bay! Good year

I had a bad experience picking up an order. The service was slow and out of the three employees that I talked to, one was super nice and the other three where pretty bitchy.

Very small location, I think a bigger store should open to ensure good service and ensure that when we go to the store they have what we want. I went today for 3 things and all 3 things were sold out. I had to order online to pick up at Rockland. Seriously….get a bigger store to accommodate the clients in the North. Maybe open up something bigger at the Mirabel Outlets to avoid having to go to Montreal to pick up an order….not even going to go next time to Boisbriand, I’ll just go straight to Rockland, what a big waste of time!

I agree with some opinions here on the welcome and attitude of certain employees. They talk to each other very difficult to get eye contact for help. I can understand that depending on age some people start on the job market but you chose to work in customer service. A smile and a warm welcome are essential. My 5 stars only goes for the exceptional service from Jade which I received 10/10. Extremely welcoming, she listens to her customer's needs, without judgment, I did not feel any pressure sales, very mature for her age and she knows her products very well. This is what we are looking for as a customer from you. The rest of the team should follow suit and she should be one of your top performers on the floor!
