The freshly made Colombian empanadas, the arepas with cheese, buñuelos and pandebonos, the chorizos with arepa are unmissable.
Furthermore, something that really stands out is that here you can find typical hygiene products from our countries, such as soaps, detergents and everyday items from our culture that make us feel closer to home. Everything is very well organized, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always ready to help you with a smile.

“I accompanied a lady from our church to help her with her grocery shopping. After looking over the payment details, I thought there might be an error, so I returned to the store to have the transaction reviewed. Even though I had misplaced my receipt, the cashier and staff welcomed me with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism.
They patiently reviewed everything, explained the charges clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
In the end, every item had been billed correctly, and the misunderstanding was entirely mine. I truly appreciate the patience, courtesy, and excellent customer service shown by the entire team.

“Update unfortunately the removal of the scanners is deplorable (-1 star). And the freshness of fruits/vegetables is not always carefully checked, I came across items that were already rotten.
Update The addition of a scanner to pre-save articles is simply brilliant. You pack only once and no surprises at checkout, the total is calculated, it's the ultimate experience.
Metro well kept clean fresh products friendly staff. Experience what I expect from a Metro. I really like the self-service checkouts.”

“We recently started shopping at this Metro since it’s one of the only grocery stores open past 9 PM, and it’s quickly become our go-to. We’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and really enjoy it. It’s a large store with a great selection and much more variety compared to other grocery stores nearby.
It’s especially convenient on days when we have training and can’t make it earlier—being open until 10 PM makes a big difference. Even on days when we could go somewhere closer, we often choose to come here because of the quality and range of products. They carry a lot of items that are hard to find elsewhere.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for variety and later shopping hours!”

What's special about IGA extra Daigle is that fresh meals are prepared every day, ready to eat quickly and easily. There are also several mini-kiosks, including a butcher's, a delicatessen/cheese shop, a bakery, a fishmonger, and a kiosk for fresh desserts/cakes.
