“WOW what a wonderful service I received.Let me explain: During my vacation this summer at OKA Park in August 2023.The day after my arrival was Thursday August 3, 2023. I wanted to use my car to go to the village. On the road the battery light turned red. Since I have had cars, I have never experienced this situation. I just think that the battery is dry because the day before when I set up at the campsite it took 3 hours. I had all my camping gear set up and I had left the car doors open the whole time.In short, to make a short story, it was not the battery but the alternator which was finished. The only garage open, because it was during the weeks of construction vacancy, was Garage C.M. — Point “S”.I explain to them that I am in OKA camping, I ask if they have a courtesy car? Marc-André who did the research on the computer to find out the price of the repair and the availability to repair the car (Friday August 4), told me no, they have all been done. :-(Luckily Martin, the manager of the place, I think, because I had a great welcome and great customer service, told me we're going to take you back to the campsite.WOW for me I couldn't ask for better services.The problem is that the car is like wild camping, which I do, everything is inside the car, cooler, changing room and lots of other stuff. So I have the evening meal and some wood for the evening and I leave with Patrick with whom I had a nice conversation. “Had a great experience at OK Tire DDO last week. I brought my car in after hearing some weird noises, and the mechanic quickly discovered that all my brakes were at the end of their life. I had a feeling they were due, and I’m glad they caught it before it caused any major damage. Nick took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Fair pricing, great communication, and quick and quality work. Bought six truck tires top of the line Michelin, 30 ft truck drives like a knife on butter. That's not the shop where you want to save money, that's the shop where you pay for the best you can get. If you want to drive cheap Chinese tires, 300$ for a pack of 4, and feel like every pothole resonates on your arse, please go on marketplace or something idk.”
