I had an excellent experience at United Auto thanks to the outstanding service in the service department. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the secretary, whose friendly demeanor set the tone for the entire visit.
Together the whole team created an atmosphere that feels more like a warm, welcoming home than a typical auto service center. 3rd time at this dealership in less than a month after check engine light issues with new tonale phev and 2 no fault of theie own these guys r amazing! Vincenzo, Nicholas and Fred always treated me with professionalism and respect which u don't often get at a dealership anymore! Nikko found the issue with gas door and hopefully solved the problem! Besides that! ❤️ the car and highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased a dodge Durango RT from this dealership and the owner went above and beyond to make this purchase experience amazing. He stuck to everything he said he was going to do and provided the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them and cannot be happier with the vehicle received.

Great service! We did business with Abdo (sorry if I made a mistake in your name) and really very satisfied. He took the time to show us the vehicles even though we arrived shortly before closing, even better, he took the time to explain all the systems to us when we took possession of our car even though he was expected for his funeral boy's life! If that's not excellent service I don't know what is ☺️ Really happy to have done business with you.
