“Patient and smiling clerks who take the trouble to ask for the right information when they don't know. Ordered two products and received the next day. I highly recommend.”

“The service is very good! I had someone to ask for and an employee recommended a color thinner, and she tried it herself on a canvas she made, I found it really great to share creations between artists!?”

“We participated in a workshop with our 3 year old and loved our experience. In terms of duration it was perfect. The proposed time too. The workshop was well animated. We left with our 3 year old's work of art and we are super proud of it. Our daughter loved it”

“They seem to have decent variety of products you'd need and the best part is that if you need help, you can find someone to help you, unlike staples, which it's impossible to find an employee if you have a question :)”

“Ronald is very generous with his time and knowledge. With 50 years of experience in working with ceramics, there’s a great deal to learn from him and the beautiful ceramics he creates. He’s also very honest in with his recommendations when it comes to selecting materials and tools.”

“I had a good welcome, she gave good advice, I found everything I wanted. And she knew how to step aside to let me look alone. I appreciate a saleswoman who isn't too clingy.”

“Bring an experimental mind, I selected beige, or I use it for pencil sketching people to have a skin tone base. The $1.50 for size 24 x 36 sheets, I paid for three sheets first, then used the cork backed 24" metal ruler off their spiral rack in corner. I measured 8 x 11 with a pencil also from their steadler collection, and cut my pieces, do they would fit in my file folder collection. I purchased new erasers and Progresso, two teal/turquoise colored pencils one grey Progresso, a steadler 12B, and 3 Lyra Rembrandt-splendors. Which the wonderful clerk ingotmed me, it gives blending a sheen!!! Happy off I went, to leave, one teal as a gift, to daughter in law, for my stay at her home. Please, forget you are in this sheet, basement, with a dusty bit of aroma and delve into your imagination, with playful possibilities while browsing.”

“My idea of paper heaven! The store is clean and it's easy to find help if you're looking for something in particular. I don't have trouble being served in English. That goes a long way these days.”

“Hood size store and selection of art supplies. The staff is always very friendly too. I do wish the opening hours were longer on the weekends and didn’t close at 5 on a Saturday”
