“Bought an electric bike from Campus in early 2025, after a few years of thinking of getting one. I was given some suggestions according to my needs. Used the bike everyday, in winter and in summer. Had the most fun getting around Montreal with it. End of 2025 my bike had major issues with electrical components. They helped me navigate the claim through the manufacturer and even lent me a bike for two weeks while mine was getting fixed. Exceptional service. Might be more slightly more expensive then other small places, but you pay for quality and the expertise.”
“I went to take a bike for repair (very good service) and buy a new bike. On the bike purchased new, the manufacturer included a luggage rack and even the image of their own site. I called to find out if it was an oversight. The person told me that the luggage rack is an extra. A little disappointed because the description of the bike on the internet includes a luggage rack.”
