They know their Trek but also other brands, they are not afraid to repair old bikes or those from elsewhere. I also like to go there for external equipment (tools, helmets, clothing, etc.).”
“I was shopping online for a gravel bike, and I found one that I was interested in. Ekkip had the bike in stock and they were happy to price match. They answered all my questions over the phone. The bike was ready within 2 hours. At the store, I spoke with 3 different employees, and they were all very helpful and professional. One of the employees (forgot his name) took literally an hour to go over the bike with me. Then, I realized the pedals, I purchased, were cheaper at a shop in Laval and they quickly price matched it again. They also emailed me a list of things to do about the regular bike maintenance. “Bought an electric bike from Campus in early 2025, after a few years of thinking of getting one. I was given some suggestions according to my needs. Used the bike everyday, in winter and in summer. Had the most fun getting around Montreal with it. End of 2025 my bike had major issues with electrical components. They helped me navigate the claim through the manufacturer and even lent me a bike for two weeks while mine was getting fixed. Exceptional service. Might be more slightly more expensive then other small places, but you pay for quality and the expertise.”

“I went to take a bike for repair (very good service) and buy a new bike. On the bike purchased new, the manufacturer included a luggage rack and even the image of their own site. I called to find out if it was an oversight. The person told me that the luggage rack is an extra. A little disappointed because the description of the bike on the internet includes a luggage rack.”
“I seriously had an excellent experience with the auto centre. I had a time sensitive issue and they took me right away, fixed it up, we’re super helpful and sooooo nice and it cost me 50$. Plus I got to peruse the store while I waited so I’d say my crappy car day turned into a great one in the end.”
