Pitiful company! Staff as well! Having worked for them I know what I'm talking about! Lack of organization totally, only hire unpaid interns to save $ provide pitiful tools (made in Taiwan) managing incredibly unpleasant floors!! I strongly advise against these vehicles built with incredibly cheap parts!! They only take advantage of their employees and the day before 3 months kicks you out!!! Out of 6 employees 4 are on an unpaid internship and will leave soon and so on … the staff is always changing maximum salary is $22/h!! And so on… in short, I strongly advise against these vehicles even if they are really beautiful! This vehicle is not worth $78,000!!

Ive owned 3 of their motorcycles. All of them had issues. I went to purchase a new 2021 campagna Trex RR from Durend at Trexcite - one of the United States Dealers. I had NOTHING but issues and then Durend cancelled my paid off 2021 RR after waiting 8 months for it. I would highly suggest you stay away from owning one of these machines. The products are ok but the customer support is NON existent. You can not get in touch with ANYONE for support and the Atlanta Dealer is the worst. I would seriously NOT buy one of these bikes. They look great but when you have an issue you are going to be left high and dry.

I strongly advise against buying a T-Rex! Incredible machine to drive, guaranteed pleasures... **BUT** each mechanical breakdown makes you lose your machine all summer long, bye bye, see you next summer! I had 2x T-Rex, in both cases I had mechanical breakage at the beginning of the summer (under warranty both times) and again this year I've been waiting for a tank for 7 weeks of oil on a 2018 machine of 4000km !! Pitiful after-sales service... Paying a machine at this price and having to wait months for parts, we can't afford that with our short season in Quebec. (Don't tell me it's the pandemic I experienced the same thing last year and several testimonials from other T-Rex owners)
