I went yesterday Saturday and I met Sam (very classy, presentable, smiling and with style) he was super welcoming and very nice as soon as I arrived, the conversation happened on its own, he gave me also suggestions for safety shoes that suited me and made me comfortable with style that I took without hesitation... Thank you "EXPERT AT WORK" you have a good employee on your premises and safety pairs that are out of the ordinary that we don't have the impression that they are! (crazy) I recommend this store if you would like to be comfortable with your purchases and be on top of style while keeping your feet safe at work... I will come back!

The staffs here are very welcoming and knowledgeable compared to other stores in Montreal. A special mention to Mr. Arnaldo he was very pleasant and good. Also there are more collections here in this branch.

Worst purchasing experience, rude saleswoman, feels like you're forced to come to work, doesn't even know how to talk to a customer, managing same thing, a real application of the proverb like like attracts n is even able to explain in clear terms the store's policy regarding exchanges and returns, too bad it's the company that directs us to this store for the purchase of work shoes, but I will talk about my bad experience at my work to discourage them from sending other employees to this store to purchase shoes.In summary, this is my first and last purchase in this store.What I saw was not expert at work, but rather rude at work.A store to avoid.

I am giving 1 star just because of the awful customer service of one of the sellers there. Unfortunately I don't know her name. She is blond with blue eyes, tall, average size. When we wanted to pay for my shoe, she said that I have to pay $25 for the tax and I respectfully just said $25 to make sure I heard right. In response, she said in a very mean and rude way "I don't know where you are from, but here you need to pay taxes". Overall her tone of voice was very aggressive and rude. disgusting

I had a great experience buying work boots at this store. The service was great and they even carried a woman’s boot to fit my needs (8”, metatarsal protection) which can be very hard to find. There was lots of selection for men and women.

They don't have any women's clothing except for a few gloves, stockings, and maybe some boots. For women you have to order online.
