“I arrived at BestBuy yesterday, Monday, June 30th, at 5:58 pm, just two minutes before closing time at 6 pm. The cash registers were already closed, and initially, I was told that new purchases couldn't be processed. However, when I explained that I had traveled all the way from Gatineau specifically for this purchase, two amazing employees, Ilyas and Sammy, quickly understood my situation. They went above and beyond by using the one remaining active POS so I could purchase the product I needed. “Great experience from start to end ! Went to the store and bought table, chairs and cushion. The person who served me was professionnal, efficient and obviously experienced. Delivery was quick and even if they forgot a cushion, they called me right away and fixed that quickly. Nice lightning experience when you are overwhelmed in a moving process :)”
