Avoid this place at all costs! This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. I was only five minutes late for a vaccine appointment, yet they refused to give it to me, even though the pharmacist was still there. She bluntly said she wouldn’t do it because her shift was over. I recently switched my family’s files to this location, and it’s been the worst decision. Nothing ever seems to get done here; the staff are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by just being there.

Catastrophic service with the Canada Post lady who is too aggressive. No customer service. I never go back to the Pharmaprix Boucherville.

Like many many other opinions, it doesn't matter what the pharmacy will respond to defend itself to this message.
I share exactly the same opinion! After 6 months of frequent visits I'm going to change, it's too long. 30 to 50 minute waits for medications which are quite common. Never seen before. Test another pharmacy, it's instant. Nothing justifies such an expectation. I went there close to where I live but by going further it's quicker and in the end I save time.
Then wait, there are like 5 or 6 behind the counter, in other pharmacies there are two and it's instantaneous.
It's not like I've been there once, several times and it's always long, slow, 2 tensions, and even incompetent sometimes. It's quite scary to tell me that people with so many diplomas or skills do not have the management and organization that is required.
And it doesn't matter if you go there during the day, in the evening, on weekends, or during the week. It's the same slow disorganization. (Even if you called). In short, we shouldn't even call for preparation... we have a life, children, a job. Can you imagine if you had to wait 30 minutes for each service? ?

Today August 12, 2024 around 6 p.m. I wanted to buy vanilla boots which were 50% off on special. When I got to the checkout she told me that the expiration date is July 10 and that she had to remove them because the expiration date had passed. I went to get another one which had an expiration date of August 10. She told me that she was not allowed to sell them because the date had expired. So I ask her why they haven't been removed, she takes the boost and puts it behind her and tells me that she doesn't want to sell it to me because I'm not that good. She wants to call the manager I tell him no I want to buy the boots and he doesn't want to sell them to me. It seemed like revenge or abuse of power because according to her I'm not fine but she is fine.

Although I don't like leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. The management is simply incompetent, unqualified and incredibly rude. It is common to wait too long to get medication, and when you finally get it, it is with a deplorable attitude.
The pharmacist is particularly incompetent and does not know how to explain medications adequately. His lack of patience and rudeness are alarming. During one visit, I even heard this pharmacist make a racist comment towards a white person. Although I don't think he's aware of his behavior, he should seriously educate himself about the demographic diversity of the area where he decided to license...and how to properly run a business there. professional courses also offered to the general public
In addition to this, this pharmacist must absolutely learn how to correctly explain medications to patients. In my opinion, he should not be allowed to practice without a serious reassessment of his skills. This pharmacy deserves -1 star.

Please adjust your closing times on the door. If it said you close at 9:00 p.m. maybe you should stay open until 9:00 p.m. Porter bar this Sunday at 8:00 p.m.

No cashiers. I left my purchases at the checkout. With the savings they make on staff they can pay someone to put them back on the shelf.

Bad communication. I receive a message telling me to come pick up my prescription. Once there, I am told that it is not ready, there is talk of a 12-hour deadline. They couldn't find my prescription in their faxes. Unpleasant authoritarian attitude of an employee.

The experience at the prescription counter is very poor. Extremely slow, customer service comparable to what you would find in a pawn shop or in bad flea market kiosks.

Do not use the prescription counter, worst service in life. There is no point in calling in advance, you will still wait forever and hear other customers express their dissatisfaction with the service.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was not helpful, she was lecturing about things everyone knows already about ear drops for ear aches. We only went there because the other pharmacies of Boucherville were closed. All the other pharmacies offer empathetic and knowledgeable service. This one is by far the worst experience.
