Worst experience and service ever. The lady who was on the front desk was not serviceable at all and was quite rude. Been a Scotiabank client for over 15 years and they were not able to help me get a new debit card, according to them to had to drive all the way back to Toronto where I opened my account years ago in order to get a new debit card. This makes no sense at all!!! Would not recommend doing anything in this branch.

I was not very satisfied with my service at this branch on a recent visit. I needed to have a debit card replaced and was instructed to visit a local branch by the Scotiabank website. I went to this branch, but my home branch is in a city where I no longer live. Despite producing multiple pieces of identification, my old bank card, and account numbers, the branch was unable to provide me with a new card and made no effort to troubleshoot the situation, telling me that the situation was my fault because I had moved and neglected to change my card before. When I called my home branch, they confirmed that any branch should be able to replace my card. Despite getting no result, the overall process took over 45 minutes because so many other people's transactions were taking so long. I was overall disappointed by the service here and would recommend trying elsewhere if you have any banking transaction beyond a rudimentary request.
