We ordered the chairs in July, which were supposed to be delivered at the beginning of September 2024, today we went to the store and were told that the chairs will be delivered in mid-October. No one called and warned that the delivery would be delayed.

Purchase of a sectional, 5 months of waiting once delivered I learn that the delivery people leave the furniture in the first room when entering the house (otherwise $50 MORE) and I have to unpack, assemble, install the furniture if necessary. a defect (which was my case), I have to keep the boxes, re-disassemble, re-package wait for the exchange, start again with the exchange and then dispose of the boxes, don't forget that I am talking to you about a sectional. Think about it carefully if you are alone or otherwise you will need to have good physical strength.

Don't order anything if it's not already in stock! I ordered (AND PAID!) for a piece of furniture last March. Still not received as of September, although it was supposed to arrive in July. Now it may be November... (lol) and Structube refuses to compensate me for the delay, because "it's not their fault". Customer service from m**** that rivals that of the telecom company with the blue logo.

After losing 4 hours of my weekend, items purchased not delivered! And I was told, no problem, they will be delivered in 5-6 days! We don't care about the customer's time as soon as we see the word ((transaction Approved))! Another week without furniture in an empty apartment thanks to Structube!

I'm giving it 5 stars, since I was looking for a sofa that was out of stock and I was offered a discontinued model in store. Once arrived at the store, the sofa was sold (this was my fault, I arrived too late). In fact, the saleswoman present greatly helped us find the same sofa in another branch and she had it put aside for us. Thank you so much
