  Went in late March (~end of maple season). Best place ever. Great maple syrup, maple vinegar, and maple butter, at very reasonable prices, and the owner gave us the best tour. Only wish I had bought more bottles before leaving!Note - not a restaurant (at time of writing). There was a cafe with food open in the village nearby.
