Very very bad service, on November 5 around 2:30 p.m., I tried to get help with a credit card. The person I spoke to had a condescending attitude towards me!! Not seeming to understand my visit three times, she said to me “well that’s what you want” in front of her attitude I left the place and at the National Bank of Cowansville the problem was resolved in ten minutes. I will notify my planner, I will complain and will make a decision afterwards if I leave the bank.

Very poor service. I wanted to increase my debit limit for a purchase. I call telnat, I am told that it is easier at the branch. I arrive before 5 p.m., the Bromont branch advisor tells me that the counters are closed and that she doesn't have time for that, she tells me that Telnat are supposed to do it. I called Telnat again who told me to go to the branch for identification. However, there is nothing special about my file. This is not the first time I have received bad service or contradicted each other or made mistakes (even on mortgages).

First time I've been told that making transfers is too complicated (Lots of paper and requests according to her), so she doesn't want to do it.... quite ordinary for a branch.

If you want to dry on the line (at least 30 min) try to join them. There is no more personalized service, it's a jungle. I try to reach Bromont directly, a welcoming and quiet branch; we must send you to a center.
