“The meat is incredible, you can even buy poultry carcasses, pig feet, marrow at low cost to make broths or for dogs!! And all this at the same price as at the grocery store but with incredible quality!! Good AA beef!! The service is also great!! I stopped getting my meat from this butcher's but since the change of ownership the meat is impeccable and so is the service!! I highly recommend this butcher shop!! “The name of the butcher shop is in the heart and soul of what it does. Everything is local. They are also a reseller of the big green egg bbq and accessories. Lots of marinades for your meats and even some local frozen meals for when you don't have time. What I love the most is calling in advance and asking them to precut beef tartare for me. All I have to do is add my ingredients and have an easy meal for guests. Shelves are stocked with other local goodies like hot sauces, local mayo, local spice mixes, broth and even sea food. A must if you're in the area!”
