  Very well served and very good service.There is one person who is not satisfied from what I have seen unfortunately there are often people who ask to make our declarations and do not want to pay for any kind of reason the service that Mr. Proulx offers is not not volunteering, poor lady who lives in the United States.

  Horrible, incompetent, he gave me a price and after I sent him my documents by priority mail he was already starting to change the esteem based on all the details. It cost me a lot of time and money to send and collect my documents.
