The staff is very attentive, courteous, and ready to help. When you're not from the area it's very pleasant. Even the customers are helpful! It's been twice that I've found someone who agrees to drive me back to my hotel, loaded with groceries. I am slightly disabled.

At Métro Plouffe, customers at the self-service checkout are considered thieves by default.
I returned to the store with a bag of 5 bottles of wine bought at the SAQ next door. At the self-service checkout, I was asked where the bottles came from. I had to show my bill and have the cashier count the number of bottles on the bill to believe me. She also pissed off another customer about something else (again she had to show her invoice). UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Too expensive and more expensive then metro Plouffe in Bedford, Farnham and Waterloo, makes sense ??♀️.
Metro was already expensive, no need to inflate prices, you don't just have rich people in Bromont awake!

We were there around 7:00 p.m. and there were no employees at the cash register.
We were told to go to the checkouts without service where we have to do everything: weigh our fruits and vegetables, scan our items, place everything in our bags.....in short you have to do everything (at your expense) without any savings real except for the owner. We declined and were prepared to leave our items there. That's when an employee told us she would open her register to pass our items. I don't believe that this new way of doing things will help Métro retain its customers. I have worked all my life and now when I retire I have no intention of becoming a volunteer cashier.
