I have an iPhone 15 pro Max bought 3 months ago
Battery problem, I called technical service 3 times and ended up having an appointment at the Genius Bar.
When I got there, a person started the appointment and realized that my battery was swelling and had a smell and told me that it was not good to smell that. I ask her if there is a risk of burns or explosion, she tells me I hope not!
A second person takes over and tells me that they do not have the parts in stock to repair namely battery and microphone/top speaker and that I must come back 3 to 5 days later
I'm 1 hour 15 minutes away, not to mention that the phone is visibly swelling
Now I have the screen peeled off and I can see the inside of the phone
We don't even talk about the health risk
This is unacceptable coming from a company like Apple when we know the price of the phone is close to 2000 with taxes
Apple's strength was its after-sales service, but without it at the highest level, what's the point of having this brand?

Had issues with my new Mac mini and Nash was super helpful and nice! I still don't know if the problem was fixed (fingers crossed) but Nash was as helpful as someone can be and tried hard. Great service!

Genius bar has really given me hard times. I'm tired of workers not doing their jobs properly and just trying to brush the clients off. I understand there's many dumb issues that could be resolved but i've seen serious problems that could be resolved at the store. Simple troubleshooting isn't done. They can't help you find the problem specifically. I've spent hours trying to spot my the problem myself, but I can guarantee not everyone has this much time and knowledge. Just know if you go to the genius bar it's just another area to get money out of you. How is fixing simple head detection on my airpods max going to cost me 400$

If you are a serious business owner - Do not ever buy Apple you will lose time, money and energy. The service is subpar, too many DEI hires.
Be respectable and buy another brand.
