Malheureusement je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie… EXPÉRIENCE TRÈS NÉGATIVE!! De plus, la compagnie de transport/livraison est la plus MÉDIOCRE que j’ai vu. Je me bat pour des reprises de matériaux et remboursements depuis plus de 2 mois!!! Il y a des compagnies avec de biens meilleurs produits à des prix abordables et avec un excellent service à proximité.

Product durability and after-sales service. Bath purchased less than a year ago, guaranteed for 10 years. 8 months after purchase, I called to explain that small chips had appeared at the bottom of the bathtub. I am told to send an email with photos. No follow-up for weeks. I called back to find out and we are sorry for this inexplicable delay. Quick follow-up after 2nd email. They explain to me that the technical team has determined that this is damage that we have caused. I remind you (as in my email) that only children use the bath, that a protective mat is in place at all times (the shards are under the mat) and that the children's toys are made of rubber. The manager told me that this wear and tear is our fault and he advised me to call on a company that would redo the acrylic at our expense. I explain again that we cannot have caused this type of damage and wear in such a short time, that I would not have asked to honor the warranty if it had been almost 10 years, but that after 8 months is rather unusual, especially since it's not the first bath we've used. I confirm that I am open to any form of repair (replacement, repair), as long as the warranty is honored. Same response from the manager that it's our fault. The product is therefore clearly of inferior quality, the warranty is not honored and the service follows the trend.

The manager of Bain Dépôt in the Dix-30 district, Francis Perez, helped us and advised us very well in our purchases.He was patient and very professional without ever putting pressure on us. We received exceptional service.

Worst place to buy your bathroom products. Already rusty (purchase November 2022) very difficult to install and keep in place. I bought a 60" bath, after measuring it is 59"3/4, all my faucets are rusting and are unstable. This store is really a scam. *** bain depot tells me that they have quality equipment. The shower turning knob has just been completely turned off simply by turning it! Your merchandise is basic range. Broken June 5, 2023, purchase November 2022.

This place is an absolute joke. Waited 4 weeks for an order (was supposed to take 2) called to confirm that it's here. I was told yes, drove 20mins to get there only to be told that finally I can't pick it up. Go to Canac or any other store. Place is an absolute jokeYou can contact me through google if you want to make this right. Francis can tell you exactly what happened. He's the one who wouldn't give me my order even though he confirmed it's there!

I walked in thinking I wasnt going to get answers (based on other bath depot experiences at other locations) and i must say Francis was a great help!When I walked in and told him i wasnt sure hed be able to help he took it as a challenge and eas determined to make sure i left satisfied.Thank you so much for your help, patience and dedication !!!

Disappointing quality and service. Be careful with this brand/store. The initial saving on the product purchase is tempting, but will possibly result in a costlier experience (in time, efforts and money). I bought a shower column (picture below) at the Brossard store. Less than 2 years later (not two decades...), the water coming out of the shower was starting to turn into a rusty color and the problem kept aggravating. The interior of the shower valves was surprisingly filled with rust. This model has now been discontinued and all replacement products available have different size and fittings, requiring new holes to be drilled into the porcelain wall at different places. Asking the store to at least help me find an alternative (so I don't have to hire a professional to change damaged tiles), their definitive solution is for me to "patch the old holes" in the porcelain cause they can't do anything else for me. The manager was nice, simply not truly helpful nor proactive. To consider before settling for Bain Depot.
