Outstanding customer service by Norelis!
I’m a big fan of Banana Republic for their quality and design, and my experience today made me love the brand even more. Norelis was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again — and their current discounts make it even better. Highly recommended

I went to the Dix30 store and the service was courteous. The young man present was helpful and polite. I went to the St-Bruno store and the service was less cordial.

I was served by Emma she was so attentive and helpful in ordering the sizes we needed. She went above and beyond to accommodate what we needed and ordered the items for us. She really gave the type of service a client should get when entering any store. Will definitely be coming back in the future to shop !

Horrible customer service. We just left the store. The woman working there was not very welcoming. As soon as she saw my girls walk in she stared them down with attitude. Please train your employee to be kind. My girls did no harm. They were “judged” for being teens. We left with the order we picked up and gladly told that employee we will never come back here to “disturb” her again. ?

Customer service at this store is very poor. We needed help finding some items to try on - no one assisted with sizing, saw us holding items to try on and did not ask us if we needed assistance, or if we wanted to try anything on. They couldn’t bother to help us look for alternatives in store or where anything is. They were just folding clothes in an empty store.As someone who’s worked in retail before, I am quite disappointed with this kind of experience.

This is the worst Banana Republic store. Employees are busy speaking to each other, only greet you when they see you have a few articles in your hand. The worst is when they get annoyed at you for asking what the final price is during sales and then complain about you to other colleagues. Absolutely nobody in this store is friendly and it starts with the manager who should not be in a customer facing role or otherwise be managing employees.I’ll be going to St Bruno from now on.

As I walked through the exit door, I was caught by the store manager after the doors rang. She asked me if I still had the lock on previous purchases. Responding in the negative, she insisted that I go back to the store to check (out of supposed kindness) if all my items were debadged. Once at the checkout, she took the opportunity to check the contents of the bag and even sneakily check the pockets of jeans bought elsewhere.(Original)Venue par hasard après avoir fait quelques achats dans les magasins d'a coté, j'ai vécu une de mes pires expériences. En franchissant la porte de sortie, je me suis vu rattraper par la manager du magasin après que les portes aient sonnées. Elle m'a demandé si j'avais encore l'anti-vol sur les précédents achats. Répondant par la négative, elle a insisté pour que je retourne dans le magasin vérifier (par supposée gentillesse) si tous mes articles étaient debadgés. Une fois en caisse elle en a donc profité pour vérifier le contenu du sac et même vérifier sounoisement les poches des jeans achetés ailleurs.
