“This one is the best branch in Brossard. Jessica C. and Saba were the only ones to resolve my very complicated problem. It was related to a fraud and they manage to resolve it !!! It was a huge releive once resolved. They are very competent, patient and professionnal. It took a long time to resolve, so Saba offered me a glass of water. What a sweet gesture and attention. I never experienced such a service in any bank !! They really show much concern about your problem and work really hard to find solutions directly with the head office. They have my trust. Saba has a very bright future by starting as such a professionnal cashier. Very remarquable. Jessica was as of a patience of an angel. Thank you so much the two of you. You made my week !! “I read the other reviews and they're terrible, I was here last Saturday afternoon, there were 4 tellers and zero customers, so, almost sounds like they took action to address the previous complaints but that was too little too late for people? It's not my branch I just needed to take a few dollars out and was surprised that they were even open on a Saturday. I have a bunch of accounts including 4 USD ones but I do all my transactions online so...”
