Very bad service ,,do not believe what they say specially when it comes to extending warranty,I bought one for 3 years but when it needed they refused to do it ,the technician came and admitted that the problem is with cycles of water in dishwasher LG ,but as per the agent of customer service it damaged problem .If your team fixed the machine and the screw loosing,and cause that door can’t be close and damaged,how it will effect the control panel,,And why he changed his statement,,the machine cost 1500 $ now as per Best Buy it’s not Their problem that it loosing screw power and failed,and why we had got extended warranty,why did you right in your email will call in 3-5 days ,but no one call to follow up ,we had to do that ,And other issues,when you call their service centre,and reached the agent after 2 times ,the cut off the line ?♂️?♂️.When I visited the store ,Sam was great customer service,friendly,spent 1 hour with me trying to sort out the problem,really appreciate it ,

It is the worst customer service that can exist, I bought a freezer that was damaged, I spent more than a month waiting for the technician, then the damaged part did not arrive, I bought another freezer and the Manager Erick told me that he was going to talk to his Floor Manager to make an exception and return my money and he in a discriminatory manner told me that the most he could do is return my money in best buy gift cards, same as I bought the freezer with my credit card not with gift cards. IF ANYONE PLEASE KNOWS WHICH ORGANIZATION I CAN GO TO REPORT THIS TYPE OF ABUSE, HERE IN QUEBEC THERE SHOULD BE CONSUMER PROTECTION

everytime i walk in the store i just want to go to the geek squad area and talk to this handsome young man called "alexandre" everytime i see him i drool to the sight of his GYATT. i'm so thankful i GYET to see his thang bouncing around the store aisles

This place is a disgrace, working hours are ridiculous. Before covid, 21:00 after covid 20:00 now 18:00. I know they don’t care but usually workers finish around 17:00, stuck in traffic. Never best buy again, amazon is the place to buy.

Do not visit this best buy- even if you do- stay away from a rep named “Samuel” , I visited with my dad today to purchase a Home Theatre system and just started to play soundbar to compare bose vs sonos, if you spend 3k in sound system you expect to test it… i just started and he came in and suddenly reduced the volume (without even asking us or being polite and asking us to do it- No, he came in barging and just reduced the volume and started being super rude to me and my aged dad and when i questioned him he basically didn’t care , he said i cannot test it and i am with customers and when i checked he was standing alone…! i immediately left the store as it was a huge disrespect to me… Never visiting this best buy again !

My husband and I bought a headphone online and it was a nice product but saddly too small. We started the return process online and their system accepted the return but sugested us to go to a store so it wouldn't be any delay for the refund.We went to this store and oh, boy!! A male clerk at customer service counter didn't wanted to accept the return at all! It didn't help to tell him the product was bought online and the store system had already accepted the return. A female clerk saw we were struggling and consulted the supervisor that oriented to try the system and let it decide. Nice, right? No! The guy still kept refusing!!! The female clerk had to insist with him twice and remember him of the supervisor orientation before he finally decided to do that. And guess what? The system approved!!So if you need to go to this store to deal with customer service, just ignore the stubborn, rude and unprofessional guy and look for the female clerk.

This best buy is thief. Charging money without even knowing the clients.Then when you ask for your money back. They say that I cannot pay unfortunately once you pay something out here.Never go for this bestBuy.Bad behavior of workers too.

I had a great experience at this store. As soon as I walked through the doors I had a staff member, Sala, not sure if spelling is correct, help me from beginning until end. He asked what I was looking for, instead of directing me to an aisle, personally walked me there, showed me some options, answered my questions, made recommendations, asked how I wanted to pay, and once again walked me to the cash to help complete and take my transaction. Very friendly and polite and helpful! Thanks for a great experience at Best Buy.. this is what makes the shopping experience so much better.. by having amazing staff members like this! He definitely deserves a raise or promotion ;)

Waited for 30 minutes to check unblocked cellphone, the person in charge of cell phone section is rude without showing any patience to serve clients, we just walked away to Walmart, then only took 5 minutes to have our new phone.
