I put a down payment on a ring for my husband and was told it would take maximum 6 weeks. After several weeks without any news, I had to reach out to them to find out the supplier no longer provided it and they would have to order elsewhere. In all, it took three months to get the ring! This really didn't bother me since it wasn't for a specific due date. However, I really disliked having to run after them constantly for updates.

I was worn a bracelet to have my attachment fixed in December, they called me back to tell me that the attachment cannot be repaired, I told him to let him do it because it is more expensive than the bracelet is worth and that I'm going to go get it... As I had forgotten, because I was on vacation, I try to call the jewelry store to tell them that I have changed my mind that I still want the clip It always lands on a fax machine! Today, March 11, still no response! I'll have to go there. TO BE CONTINUED.....

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. Terrible costumer service, uneducated and rude employees. No one knows what they are talking about. We’re told one thing, then told something else. Would never recommend this store.

I bought an engagement ring for my wife 14 months ago and I have had to return it several times because she constantly loses the diamonds on the ring. I had to go back and forth several times to get it repaired and they won't exchange it for me in the store, but I have a 2-year warranty that ends later this year, so I have to constantly send it in for repair. It's several round trips that I make to the jewelry store and I must say that often it's very silly and most of the time I have to wait 1 month before receiving the ring, of which once I waited for the repair of the ring for 1 month and a half and when I arrived at the jewelry store the repair had not been made. It's not the jewelry store that's going to pay for my gas either. I have to be patient and patience is starting to run out. Incredibly infuriating...!!!

Very disappointed. Buy oak and broloc at DEC. Never stinks of wearing it 4 times fixing a broloc ring??? I am here to recover. Every time yesterday they called to charge me $$$$$ ring. Wow!!! Would like to speak with supervisor. Because the service. What I got isShabby

I do not recommend this jewelry store, not for the lack of jewelry quality but for the terrible service. The manager Gisèle is particularly unpleasant, condescending towards customers, and she even had the audacity to speak against us after our interaction!! Stay away from this store, she doesn't deserve to make commissions on the backs of customers.

Worst place, I had my very expensive watch adjusted there and the lady is unable to remove emails without scratching them. I am really disgusted and I will never go back there again.

On December 12, 2022 I bought earrings. I was served by a very nice girl. I asked him how it worked to get a ring cleaned. She told me it was spot on. She asked me to wait a bit because there were a lot of customers. About 10 mins later the other employee, a lady, served me. I explained to her that I had just bought something and wanted to have my ring cleaned at the same time. She gave me some attitude and sighed, telling me that "yes, I'm going to do it to you". I go to a local business instead of buying on the internet, I wait calmly and I am nice and I get served that way. Too bad, but I don't feel like going back there.

Very poor service. Unpleasant manager. I left my ring since October 12, 2022 to exchange the model because the diamond has fallen 5 times. After more than a month of waiting, here is the response I got from the manager - I left a message at the head office and that it could take 10 thousand years, 1 day, 2 weeks andI don't know when I'll get an answer. I'm not the first person who has had this problem. Diamond that falls, chain that breaks....

Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought a pair of earrings online as a Christmas gift for my daughter. My daughter received the same gift in duplicate so I'm going back today for a refund (I know it's late, but with Covid it wasn't possible in January) and although no mention of a deadline either mentioned about fatigue, refuses a refund, or a credit, telling me that it is too late. I think that in the current context, we need to show understanding. We would have been happy to just have a credit towards a future purchase.
