I'm there now. It's Thursday, there are 2 cashiers, 1 of whom has been busy with a customer for more than 25 minutes. No one else to help at the counter. Customers are getting impatient with good reason. Sorry but it's really long and slow service

Horrible service.
Teller Zheng promised a refund of the first monthly fee of account since we were in the process of opening the account. He later denied it and is unwilling to refund once the account was completed.
Teller Safia also promised to look into a problem I had with my claims and never followed up nor has she responded to any of my emails.
Very dissapointed in this branch.

I recently had a disappointing experience with BMO Bank. Customer service was not up to my expectations and I encountered several issues that were not resolved satisfactorily. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that the bank was unwilling to do what was necessary to resolve the issues. I'm usually a patient customer, but this experience really tested my patience. I hope BMO Bank takes note of this criticism and makes efforts to improve its customer service. THANKS.

I came to this bank to activate my credit card. It was a supposed to be a 5 min trip but I was there for an hour. There were 10 clients at 11am waiting to be served. I saw two tellers working and 6 workers chilling in their offices. Three of them were walking around and talking with each other. Google has no options to give zero stars. Do not go to this branch location.

I had fraudulent withdrawals from my Action Line account. I left messages for Jean-Michel Cloix without any response. We don't treat our customers that way. I am going to transfer my companies' current and investment accounts to another more serious financial institution.
