Naomy greeted me right away and kindly offered her assistance. At first, I hesitated, but I’m so glad I accepted her help. I was genuinely surprised by how much she contributed. I regularly go to Bouclair at Dix30 and I always have excellent service.
Even the employees recognize me because we are in the middle of moving.
They are always very smiling and kind.

Expensive, low quality furniture. Multiple pieces of furniture on the floor that are damaged or assembled incorrectly. Customer service is lacking.

Instore service was awful. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and the employees followed us the entire time being pushy, trying to make a sale. Then two of them started chatting together and when I finally needed help they looked annoyed. They couldn't find the item we were looking for. They offered to order it for us but the girl was so rude that we left. I later ordered the item online which was also awful aswell. There have been so many delays and I never get updates on what going on. I keep having to contact customer service and all they say is that its coming soon.

The three times the ladies never approached me to ask if I needed help. Probably because I look like a Chinese who only speaks English. While I am Vietnamese. However, I met at least 3 ladies who took their time to chat and place their stocks instead of helping me choose my blinds. Worse still, seeing us approaching from afar, one of the young misses gave us a look and disappeared behind the shop. And I saved the best for the checkout. The cashier closed the gatehouse upon seeing us arrive with 4 5-6ft long blinds on the only small cart they have, forcing me to turn the corner hard instead of opening the gatehouse to allow us to go straight to the checkout with our bulky blinds. Well done miss. It was the first and last times at Bouclair. This is unfortunately the only place where we found our modern alternating blinds. You lost me as a customer and I gave you bad publicity to my family and friends.(Original)J’ai acheté plus de 1200$ de stores alternés. Je suis revenu au moins 3 fois avec ma femme pour vérifier les grandeurs et choisir la bonne couleur. Les trois fois les madames m’ont jamais abordé pour demander si j’avais besoin d’aide. Probablement parce que je ressemble à un Chinois qui parle juste l’anglais. Alors que je suis Vietnamien. Pourtant j’ai croisé au moins 3 dames qui prenaient leur temps pour jaser et placer leur stocks au lieu de m’aider à choisir mes stores. Pire encore, en nous voyant s’approcher de loin, une des jeunes mademoiselle nous ont jeté un regard et a disparu derrière la boutique. Et j’ai gardé la meilleure pour la caisse. La caissière a fermé la guérite en nous voyant arriver avec 4 longs stores de 5-6 pieds sur le seul petit chariot qu’ils en ont, me forçant de tourner difficilement le coin au lieu d’ouvrir la guérite pour nous permettre d’aller droit à la caisse avec nos stores encombrants. Bravo mademoiselle. C’était les premières et les dernières fois chez Bouclair. C’est malheureusement la seule place où on a trouvé nos stores alternés modernes. Vous m’avez perdu comme client et je vous ai fait de la mauvaise publicité à ma famille et à mes amis.
