You need to know: Cadillac LYRIQ 2024!!! After 6 months since my vehicle was damaged by a Brossard Cadillac mechanic during a recall/road test!!! The Director just told me to file a claim on my insurance!!!! I am still waiting for Cadillac Canada to make the parts available to repair my vehicle!!!!

I would like to express my great satisfaction for the exceptional service I received in the service department at Cadillac Brossard. Since my first visit in spring 2024, Alexandre Georgiev has offered me an impeccable customer experience.
After a bad experience at Luciani & Deschamps Cadillac regarding a service required on my 2022 Escalade ESV, I decided to look elsewhere. Although I live a 30-minute drive from Brossard Cadillac, I make the trip without hesitation, because the service I receive from Alexandre is definitely worth it. He always listens to my needs, finds suitable solutions, and ensures that everything is resolved in the best conditions.
I highly recommend the service department at Brossard Cadillac. If you are looking for honest, efficient and hassle free service this is the place to go. Believe me, quality has no price or distance.

On June 20, 2024 I brought my car into your garage for an oil change, there was a clicking noise under the car and the radiator fan was running at full blast every 30 seconds.
Note that there was no error in my dashboard or problem with my air conditioning system but your technician told me that the radiator fan was giving the air conditioner error code. After an hour of inspection, your salesman came back and requested an additional hour to further investigate the air conditioner. After a while he came back saying he found the error but couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. It was a valve to be replaced but no one thought to check if the part was in stock before dismantling everything, we were in the middle of a heatwave week... Continuing my story, the second problem / noise under the chassis they found a loose steel plate holding the exhaust system, when they tried to tighten the bolt it "broke" in the chassis, it was 4pm so no welder was available to remove the bolts before tomorrow. At first the seller wanted me to leave with my car in this condition...only the rubber holding the exhaust system and no air conditioner...I asked for a car that you apparently don't have in your area but they found a solution to let me leave with the limousine car but I had to bring it back the next day.
I was already a little angry about all of this. The next day I met with your team and let them know that I was furious about the delay of the part which is 3-4 days for the air conditioner still in the middle of a heatwave. Eventually, they crossed their fingers and received the part the next day.
So 2 days later I receive my car supposedly repaired but your salesman told me they found something else. The 1st speed of the radiator fan is broken, I need to replace the radiator fan....
I took my car to your garage to repair the radiator fan and they repaired the air conditioner which was working fine. It cost me $1600 to fix a problem that doesn't exist to finally get the real diagnosis of the radiator fan which will cost $1100 more and which seems to find more and more problems like the noise of the motor clicking , we need to inspect, etc.
As soon as I left the garage the fan was still running every 30 seconds. But your salesman told me, don't worry there is no danger for my engine, I can drive my car like this for a while, there will be no problem.
I left your garage very angry to learn that you had repaired the wrong parts requested during my first visit.
A week later radiator hose disconnected from engine, overheating in engine, coolant out of car, air conditioner return hose broken, I got a tow to bring the car back from Montreal to a local repair center in Longueuil.
They checked the car, changed the radiator fan, replaced the damaged hose and replaced all the small parts broken during this problem. No more clicking noise, no more radiator fan problems, no more overheating. It cost me $1700 more, but the repair was done by a local garage which provided better service than a dealership.
This is why I am very disappointed with your business. I also wrote an email to Richard Pinard who sent me an email about customer satisfaction, but I did not get a response from him. I was about to buy a new car from you after the repairs on my first visit, but with this bad service and everything going wrong, I changed my mind.
I have decided to change brand and dealer, the purchase of the new vehicle has now been made.

I without hesitation recommend Cadillac Brossard for the purchase of a vehicle!
I am a 33 year old young woman who was refused a test drive for a Cadillac Escalade at another local dealership. (don't ask me why but the Reps' excuses were very bogus!!)
Often at our age for this type of purchase, we are not taken seriously
BUT with Annie Turcot, specialist at Cadillac in Brossard, I discovered a kind person, attentive to my needs, I never felt judged or too young and she did not hesitate for a second to have me do a road test of climbing.
I fell in love with the car and with its help I ordered my new 2024 Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum! Many thanks for your service Annie, I recommend you without hesitation 1000%

We were interested to buy a new SUV. It was between a Mercedes Benz GLS AMG63 or a Cadillac Escalade. We came to take a look and about half an hour later, we got kicked out. The old impatient dealer came and said quote by quote "Do you need more informations? No? Then it's time to go". Felt so disrespected. He also came with his phone in his hand, pointing at us, feeling like he was recording us. The phone was on his chest, straight, slightly hidden but only the camera out of his jacket. Not sure if he was or not filming, but it felt like it. The body language from this saleman was already off since the second we came in. We will stick with the Mercedes GLS AMG63. Thank you for your experience Cadillac !
