UpdateThe director Patrick called me to resolve the situation. He personally took care of ensuring that the parts were there for my service bulletin. When I arrived this morning, he came to meet me and everything was ready. Since he took the trouble to call me back and take care of everything I gave them a second chance to sort everything out.When I bought the car I received it outside in the rain with a nonchalant guy who half explained the functions!!!! I call because my bench is unstitched, I am told that it is not guaranteed, that I should have taken out a bad guarantee, I had to call my seller and fight, I won my case.... I gave my 2019 kona in exchange, they gave my phone number to the new buyer!!! What is this practice???? In November 2023 I called for a noise in the suitcase which is known 1 ioniq 5 out of 3 to this defect! I call the service, explain the case, transfer me to the parts, speak with the parts guy, he is very aware of the problem. He orders the parts for me, makes an appointment! I arrive at the appointment and I leave the vehicle there, I tell myself that I won't have my car all day, make both calls at the same time as you repair the suitcase. But no sir, you leave the car here all day so that we can see the noise and we will order the part and you will make another appointment to change the part!!!! I left with my car and call me back when your room seriously stop wasting my time bad service

My recent experience with the Hyundai dealership in Brossard was particularly disappointing, marking a clear divergence from my previous visits to other dealerships. Unfortunately, the level of service provided did not meet my expectations at all.I initially took my vehicle in for a diagnosis, for which I paid $250. After the checks, I was informed that two parts needed to be replaced, with a total cost of $1700. Although aware that other less expensive options were available, I decided to trust the Hyundai Brossard dealership and left my vehicle last Thursday.I left my vehicle last Thursday, with the promise that the work would begin the following Tuesday and be completed by Wednesday when I could collect my vehicle. I carefully reiterated and confirmed the agreed final cost when dropping off my vehicle. However, the reality was very different. On Tuesday of the following week, I was informed that a complete oil change was necessary due to a leak caused by a poorly sealed plug during the initial diagnosis. I was then added an additional $100 to the bill.On Wednesday, a new complication arose: the need to order a third part, resulting in additional costs of $120. This contradicts the information provided during the initial diagnosis which only indicated the replacement of two parts.Despite my requests for a courtesy car on Wednesday, none was available, which greatly complicated my situation. I was assured that everything would be finished by Thursday, but on Thursday at noon, I was informed that a test drive was necessary, once again delaying the finalization of the work and offered me a courtesy car but I could not move around and I was already at my work.When I went to the site after work around 5 p.m., I noticed that the work was still not finished. This week without a vehicle was particularly restrictive, especially since each day brought its share of new costs, adding to the initial bill of $1,700.I remain perplexed about the actions taken on my vehicle and the prospect of its availability.This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this dealership, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable approach to maintaining their vehicle.
