I found the experience at Calvin Klein to be great. Very courteous use, especially little Rayan who helped me find this article. I highly recommend it and you will go to Rayan again (a little loop)!!!!!!

Very poor management. The discounts displayed are false. Very poor communication between manager and employees. (Because staff contradict themselves) Manager rude to customers.

I like the clothes here. Sadly the place looks like a kindergarten over the weekend, I went twice to return one item and a young adolescents gave me no help because he lacked of any kind of preparation.I’ll only go back for their discounts, otherwise maybe go early to actually be attended by an adult.

The worst customer service I have ever received and the worst from the so-called manager. People like her should never work in customer service. If you make a complaint be prepared to be laughed at and thrown out of the store.The young people who are working are too friendly, they have more of a spirit of service, I hope they take them into account.I have seen several comments regarding this person's service, but no one bothers to respond to the complaints.Madam manager, you lack respect, humility, empathy and a lot of professionalism. Do not humiliate people, be decent, that is not your company, you are the image of a brand. For me, service is not 1, it is 0.???.
