If I could not give stars I wouldn't. Very unpleasant saleswoman who has no place in customer service. Barely answers my question and doesn't even respond to a THANK YOU I had to shout it loudly a 2QQAAth time for her to answer me.....VERY RUDE!

when I order, I always receive on time, good quality items (washer-dryer) the fabric does not shrink, the colors remain beautiful. and I contacted customer service by email because I found myself with a defective one in my set of diaper covers purchased 2 months ago, with supporting invoice, they responded to me the next day offering me a refund of my items :) Carters +++

all carter stores are nice and this one too...very nice employes in every store..my one of the favourite places to shop.. Great clothes for good prices! I get some pretty adorable clothing for my daughter and there is always a sale! I like to shop in this store but sometimes I don't get sizes.... then I have to go order on line.
