This is the 1st review I've ever been compelled to write. I ordered a large LED bathroom mirror and despite excellent packaging once I hung it there unfortunately was a flaw. The customer service was excellent and prompt and I soon received a replacement. Very happy with the product and this company so I am a very satisfied customer.

Very poor customer service ?! After-sales service follow-up leaves something to be desired, they respond after several weeks only if you harass them despite 2-year warranty protection... I do not recommend at all.

2020:I recently started my bathroom reno and was looking for modern floating vanities and came across Decoraport. I hesitated and call their CS # to inquire about ordering, delivery, return/damage/exchange policy since I never heard of them and I live in Calgary. Overall, there customer service is over the top and I would recommend. I am so excited about how great it looks. It looks way better in person than on this pic that I'm posting. I cannot wait until my floorings, tiles and shower is completed. This is why I have rated them 5 stars: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Both agents I spoke to answered my questions and explained their service very well. One item I bought was damaged, I am wowed by their prompt service with the quick response time and the extra packaging they've asked their warehouse to wrap the replacement. Speedy freight service too. PRODUCT: Very modern and sleek! Floating cabinet has a bright LED light \u0026 soft closed door which I really love to show off along with the modern toilet. My friends \u0026 family has been asking where I got this. UPDATE: MAR 2022: It's been 2 yrs since we have been using these items I've purchased. Still in great functioning condition. I've received so many compliments. Just bought another toilet (same model) and finally finished the washroom that I partially done. I had requested for them to ship ASAP, they did. got my shipment in 4 bus days which is quick. Finally finished my washroom. Super happy overall with all items from Decoraport \u0026 their service.

Real dumpy looking warehouse, not very attractive location, disorder, tools are lying around all over the place. Our order was ready, they kindly lifted it in the car, haven't unpacked it yet however excellent packaging. Not used to buying medicine cabinet online

omg do not buy from them , terrible service. i bougt a bath tub and a toilet from them. i bought them in March beacause of stock shortage .My renovation guy noticed that the toilet is broken when he opened the box. i do understand that it's more than a moth but still they want me to keep a broken toilet and they do not want to change it. keep away from them.

We have bought numerous items from Decoraport and couldn’t be more pleased with their products and more so with their customer service. We had an issue with one of their products and Decoraport made sure to replace the items promptly. Other retailers should emulate their customer service.Would absolutely purchase again from them.
