I was convinced to buy a $250 pillow that I tried on a soft bed at the store. Once I bought it and tried it at home it was not at all comfortable and gave me pain, they told me that it was final sale, but I will say try a pillow for 10 minutes in a store and sleep with it for a whole night is completely difficult, I had confidence in you sleeping but after this experience and this service, very disappointed to have to stay with a pillow which gives me a big pain in my neck and neck.
Worst decision to trust them

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. We were shopping for our first mattress, we didn't yet know what we preferred. The man comes to see us, asks what we're looking for, I say I don't know. The man responds that we should know what we're looking for, speak in an extremely condescending tone and just leave to sit down after making unnecessary comments. I've never seen that anywhere, it would be better to have no one in the store than someone this unpleasant.

Was looking for a great pillow and got 2 for the price of 1! The gentleman working there was very nice and helpful.
Store is located within the quartier dix 30 with plenty of parking.

We have not received our mattress yet (only ordered yesterday), but we were very impressed with the customer service by Gaetan. He was knowledgeable, took the time to know us and our sleeping habits and made the mattress shopping experience easy for us. Would highly recommend!

Not great in terms of customer service, I went to the store to get a quote and compare with other stores. The seller claims to have discounts but they would only be applied after confirmation of the order :( which I find not very professional. I was with a competitor he gave me a quote with the possible discounts then I was able to confirm my order with them Sales service not great, the least you can do is know how much they say you will pay before confirming the order ? ?

Got 4 pillows with the buy one get one free deal.. and went home with 4 different pillows! ? seriously? The two I purchased seems correct, the “pair” of what I purchased is not a pair, ?♀️?For one that was a mistake by store, that I ended driving almost one hour back to change it☹️☹️☹️….The other one may be caused by different production or manufacturing batch, they don’t look the same (it is the wool one, the edge of the pillow is different), neither feel exact the same, size is off by one cm… even though they have the same package, and store told me they are the same.. anyway, interesting experience..

Excellent service by Simon Turgeon. He is very knowledgeable and really did everything he could to find me the best deals, even when I went back to exchange my mattress because it was too firm for me (as he told me when I first chose it). I highly recommend doing business with him, you won't regret it!
