Very good service in store. The rest gets worse. They say delivery in 5 to 7 weeks, but 12 weeks later I'm still waiting for my order! Without any valid reason, I am told that the delay is considered normal since it takes "working weeks". Anyone know what it is? They never managed to explain it to me. And anyway, since it's "deadlines subject to change", they wash their hands of it. At this price for apartment furniture, I expected better.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain differences in their sofa options, and helped me pick the perfect sofa :) Highly recommend!

I would be glad to to leave a positive review of my couch, but I have been waiting for it since July. EQ3 keeps telling me it will only be two more weeks, and they have been surfing on the same response for months now. They told me the fabric was out of stock, so I asked which fabric was in stock to expedite production. They refused to respond and said only two more weeks. I have sent counteless emails to the store, called customer service, tried to cancel, and still I have no clear response of when the couch will be produced or delivered. Unless you decide to shop for furniture that you don't need or will only need in a year, do not shop there. Most of all, consider everything their customer service tells you a plain lie. We were happy to purchase from a Canadian company, but this has been an incredible let down and waste of time. We were expecting more and now are just stuck with a frozen deposit, no couch for our guests this Christmas and no adequate customer service.

Several disappointments and many steps to take to be respected. Order for a custom sofa which was to be delivered in December. Around the expected delivery date, we are written to inform us that the fabric is out of stock. The sofa has therefore not yet started to be manufactured. We must choose another fabric and wait a few more weeks to receive the sofa. However, it arrives to us in perfect condition. The manufacturing seems to be of quality. But we must take multiple steps to have the problem in the production chain recognized by a manager.
Bench leg screw (dining set) that cannot be installed. We'll wait a while to receive another one.
Trax olive green duvet cover which rubs off on the bed after 5 months. The company refuses a replacement stipulating that the item is no longer under warranty, as if a duvet cover were to retain its color for only 6 months... Disappointing considering the prices and the quality we expect.

I live in St Julie and following a purchase made in Brossard for around $10,000, our order was produced in Quebec for some reason.
We call customer service as well as the center before delivery and no one has been able to help us find out where our order is and unable to schedule our delivery.
I have $10,000 lost in the universe.
I really don't recommend. No help from any store.

Je ne me souviens pas de l'annee mais ca doit faire 8-9 ans si c'est pas plus que j'ai acheter mon divan en cuir la-bas. Apres toute ces annees, 2 chats, 1 chien et 3 enfants, mon divan est encore impeccable. J'ai payer plus cher sur le coup mais un divan de moins bonne qualite aurait pas durer aussi longtemps. En plus, le service a ete A1 :) Je recommande a 100%

Very good store, rather light modern items and furniture, no heavy furniture. Beautiful modern tableware too. Rather original gold-colored utensils. Style papers of those we see in films like the author with his flute who controls a snake coming out of the basket nicely. Cool accessory, 2 sizes. There is a toilet offered to guests which is very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated. Wheelchairs can also access it without problem. They can also move through the store aisles very easily because they are very wide. Everything is nice in this store. Happy shopping. @+ @ next one.
