I would be glad to to leave a positive review of my couch, but I have been waiting for it since July. EQ3 keeps telling me it will only be two more weeks, and they have been surfing on the same response for months now. They told me the fabric was out of stock, so I asked which fabric was in stock to expedite production. They refused to respond and said only two more weeks. I have sent counteless emails to the store, called customer service, tried to cancel, and still I have no clear response of when the couch will be produced or delivered. Unless you decide to shop for furniture that you don't need or will only need in a year, do not shop there. Most of all, consider everything their customer service tells you a plain lie. We were happy to purchase from a Canadian company, but this has been an incredible let down and waste of time. We were expecting more and now are just stuck with a frozen deposit, no couch for our guests this Christmas and no adequate customer service.

One of the employee absolutely hates working here. I’ve seen them give customers the eye-roll and the biggest attitude I’ve seen on anyone. They answered my question with a whisper and acted so annoyed when I was ready to check out. If you hate your job so much, just quit?

Brand new table. Received in October 2021, did not last 3 months. P.s this is the Sage table in walnut veneer, not worth the price-tag.Also, poor customer service, blaming the customer for using cleaning agents not intended for the table. If that were the case, the whole table would be damaged, note the random spot on the lower base.

I just bought a sofa @EQ3 during this Black Friday weekend, I got very good service from there (Liliane). I am not an impulsive buyer, so I went to the store to check out the same couch 3 times in total. During those times, I was served by the same person (cuz tbh, i don't wanna be served by anyone else). The 1st time she provided detailed info about the sofa; 2nd time I was showed different materials that can made up the sofa, and the 3rd time was for the official purchase. Overall quite pleased with the experience.

Super and incredible after sale service, one of my cushion was defective and with a simple call they just send me a new cover directly to my home! I am impressed! Catherine congrat’s for your great work!

Great service, great product. The delay from order to deliver could be shorter, although at least what was communicated was respected.

It took so long , and after 3 month i was following up to figure out when is the delivery again no one called me at least one day in advance for delivery, its so disappointing for me …

The experience has been amazing from the start at EQ3 in Brossard Dix30! Liliane was awesome to answer all of my questions and she took the time to help me with colors, options and models. She truly was the best sales rep over there! The installation was great, however there was a missing piece. I called the customer service and on the same day I was receiving an email back with a FedEx shipping number for my piece. Quick and efficient! Thank you!

I love EQ3 products. But the service here was terrible. I walked in with a specific list of three items and asked for recommendations regarding a smaller light coloured coffee table. The response I received was "well, we have a lot of things, so I don't know what you want". Then she put two mirrors in a single bag, tossed them at me, no offer of helping or holding the door. Even though it was clearly awkward and heavy. The bag immediately broke and I got home only to find out she gave me the wrong mirror. Do not recommend. I'll be ordering my items online from now on. This is a waste of floor space if you aren't going to actually provide customer service to your clients..... and there was only one other client in the store with at least 4 people working. Not impressed.

Product is great. Delivery guys were great and installed bed. The only issue I had was the store promised the Delivery for July 5th but turns out not so. Store and warehouse "miscommunication ". Finally got it on the 19th.
