I have been here multiple times and have had nothing but amazing experience. I went with my son for a step test today and Spiro and his wife are fantastic especially the extra attention they gave my 4 year old. I have other options closer to home but am happy to take an extra few min of a drive as I know the service is always great.

If you want to be treated with respect by the employees specially at the front desk, forget about this pharmacy. Disorganized, bad attitude.
The parking is good though.

Unbelievably rude, pulled my file. Will never go back. It's unfortunate I was with the previous owners for 13 years. These new ones need a lesson on customer service.

I went to get some medicine this afternoon. There was a small problem and the service was excellent. The team leader - his name escapes me - was exceptionally professional and had an accessible humanism. This combination is often lacking in certain healthcare settings. You have a rare gem. Take care of her, this beautiful and charming lady. She listened to me diligently, understood my problem, and found a suitable solution. Isse Abdi Ali

I went to this pharmacy in 2022 when I arrived in the neighborhood, with the idea of eventually having a file there for prescriptions. I found that the employees (checkout, aisles) had no courtesy and even less smile (except perhaps one very young employee). So I registered with another pharmacy much further from home. I went back a few times for products on the shelves, for convenience since it is very close to my house. Cold staff, without any friendliness, any eagerness, not even a hello, obviously without a smile, front checkout and laboratory checkout (I don't know if it was a pharmacist or a technician). In the future, I will go to the other pharmacy, much further away, to avoid repeating this blatant lack of customer service. I feel bad when I leave there...

Atrocious checkout service. Not that the employees aren't nice. They just aren't trained for tasks as simple as taking a ramq photo. Damage.

Incredible service from pharmacist Eleonara. Reviewed my father's medications, made things happen with the doctor... and even took the trouble to call me again (without me asking), to see if my father was ok. Wow... A pro... an angel!

Do not come here for COVID vaccine. Disorganized, and does not respect apointment schedule time. I have an appointment confirmed via ClicSante at 14h. Arrived the pharmacy on time. Waited 1 hour , and no one come to provide any information how much longer to wait. Recommend to go to other places that respect people.
