I went to Foot Locker to buy a pair of shoes and a man helped me. He showed me a pair of shoes and made me go to the checkout with his colleague. The latter made me pay and put my pair of shoes in a bag. When I had to leave the store, he stopped me and told me to go and fuck my race in front of his college which served me since it was not the same person who made me pay. I found it shocking and shameful for such a large store. It’s discouraging to meet people who are openly racist when you just want to go shopping in peace. This was really poor customer service and I would have liked to speak to a manager to complain.

I find it disappointing he doesn't have a size 14 for men, my son is very disappointed he needs basketball shoes to play his sports but no 14 and up...even online nothing. My son is just 13 and it's going to be difficult for him later. Disappointing no 14 and over.

J'ai été avec mes 2 filles en fin de semaine journée exact dimanche 18 août 2024 :) il y avais 2 garçons qui y travaillais ... le service a été impeccable.. il on courrue pour mes filles et ce malgré l'achalandage ;) wow très honorables de votre part ;) il nous on conseiller comme jamais ... bref lâchez pas j'y retournerai à coup sûr 😇

I have never been able to buy a pair of shoes that were not in stock; I had to choose up to 10 pairs of shoes and not 12.

I think you will have to change your store name!

Gianni G et un pro du service à la clientèle. Il s'est bien encadré son client et donne un excellent service au-delà de bien d'autres endroits que j'ai visités par le passé. Dépêchez-vous de lui donner une promo. Ce genre de service à clientèle est plutôt rare de ce temps-ci.

Staff is extremely condescending towards customers. I simply wanted to change the shoes i had ordered online for a pair that was in mint condition, since the one i had ordered had little scratches, was dirty and looked like a return. instead of trying to help, the employee there first told me, its impossible, literally no one wants these shoes! then, he said « well youre gonna wear them outside anyways, what difference does it make if they are new or not ». Finally, he went behind the store and got me another pair that was in even worse condition! at this point i just wanted to leave, so i left with the pair i came with. dude was like, « haha thats actually the pair you came in with ? ».i know bro. i never post reviews normally, but this was by far the worst shopping experience i ever had. all i can do is be petty and leave this 1 star review ?
