“I’ve always been an active person, but with a job that keeps me sitting most of the day, I had to be intentional about moving. In 2023, after trying out CrossFit with my husband (and realizing it was a bit too technical for me), my chiropractor told me about BBA. I gave the free trial a chance… and something just clicked.
It was Thanksgiving Day. The coach welcomed me and asked if I thought this could be for someone else. Without thinking, I said: my husband. That’s how we both started — no big expectations, just a deep desire to feel strong, physically and mentally.
Fast forward almost two years… and honestly? BBA has become so much more than a workout. It’s become a lifestyle, a mindset, and a space where I’ve reconnected with myself.
The energy, the drive, the confidence — I feel like I’ve stepped into my new 30s. I show up for myself 6 days a week, not because I have to, but because I want to. Because I finally believe I can do things I used to think were impossible.
