Hello, I went to return 2 out of 3 items that I did not receive in time for an event I had. First, the Trendyol company charges $12 PER ITEM to return each item that was purchased on the same transaction. It’s a ridiculously high return price and it’s a huge scam! I tried to contact customer serviceLa Baie customers for more information on return costs and I myself had to contact the supplier who is located in Europe. So in addition to having to pay $12 per item to return, I have to pay excessively expensive long distance fees to pay for a return that is already very expensive.Plus, what can I say about the in-store customer service I received! VERY MEDIOCRE! I admit that Madame Maryse was very kind and patient…. But Ms. Johanne Roy…. She looks down on you and responds as if it was all your fault! She doesn't care about the customers and it seems that she doesn't like her work. I have been in the customer service field for over 25 years and I really loved shopping at the bay! But after my experience this morning...it was the last time!

I had an extremely unpleasant customer experience. As I headed towards a register with the intention of buying a hat, two staff members approached me, questioning my intentions with the hat as if I were about to steal it. Their confrontational manner made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. While I understand they were just doing their jobs, treating customers in such an unacceptable way is not appropriate. This incident significantly impacted my overall shopping experience, leaving me hesitant to return to that store in the future.

Zero customer service in clothing and footwear and if you do manage to speak with an employee they are far from enthusiastic to help.
