If I would be able to put -1 star I would probably do so, lack of professionalism your Manager Kevin 0 politeness 0 kindness, I wanted to return an unused item that I bought on February 28 he didn't want me make a return, and its excuse I ss franchise I can do what I want!!! It’s unfortunate to have this kind of employee in a department store!

The doorbell rings too many times when a customer comes in, it’s annoying ×1000!!!I found some beautiful steel cap espadrilles among their great selection as well as some beautiful winter boots and cargo pants.The staff gets by in French (some better than others).It's a big store, if they remove their bell I might go back

The staff were extremely helpful. My only complaint was that the aisles seem a little narrow. It's clean with lots of stock options. Lots of parking as well. I suggest it to people.
