Clean and tidy establishment.
Easy to park right in front.
When we arrived without needing to ask any questions, the customer service person took the time to quickly describe the concept of the company and gave some details about the products. Thank you for this information.
The little extra of customer service, this same person once we were at the checkout asked for our shopping bag to fill it directly, it is very appreciated.
On the other hand, after trying several dishes, a little disappointment. Perhaps we had higher expectations given the logo with the snowflake which is strangely reminiscent of the famous frozen food brand in France starting with a "P".
The dishes are correct but unfortunately the portions are too small compared to the price.
I like that the recipes are prepared without added salt.
For desserts, for example the lemon tartlet if you follow the instructions on the packaging, i.e. defrost in the refrigerator: according to my taste (in fact) the dough is too soft. Could a suggestion for a brief stint in the oven be made?
Considering the price it wasn't bad but in the taste experience, a little something was missing...
Suggestion for savory dishes, in the absence of salt, you could add a little more flavor with spices without it being spicy (turmeric, garlic, Provence herbs, etc.)

I bought several dishes.
Mexican omelette, pad thai with noodles, brownies, burrito..
I would really have liked to give a five star rating and encourage a Quebec company. Unfortunately, the noodle pad thai didn't satisfy my hunger and I didn't eat much. I had to supplement it with dessert and a piece of bread. Besides, the brownie had little taste. Too bad there's palm oil in this one, an inexpensive ingredient.
Coming back to the main dishes, the problem is that there aren't enough meats or proteins.
In the pad thai the peanut sauce was good, unfortunately there was too little. In short, to win new customers, you will have to add content and not just noodles or rice, which are inexpensive side dishes.
The Mexican omelette was good, though :)

Following major surgery, I didn't have much of an appetite and couldn't eat foods with sodium at the risk of damaging my kidneys. I did a lot of research to find a caterer who cooked sous vide frozen meals in half portions and without salt. They also have normal portions. I found exactly what I was looking for with this Quebec company, which delivered meals to me within a short time and the cost was reasonable for me. The food arrived well preserved in dry ice. I ate them with pleasure, everything was like family food. The fact that sodium was absent did not alter the comfort. Thank you for taking care of me during my recovery. I recommend the 3 chefs with pleasure!

Bland meals no salt or taste to any of the ones that i tried. I tried about 5 of them.. one of the meals i had tried had mussels and it clearly wasnt cleaned properly

I have been a customer for over a year and buy all my weekday meals there. All the meals prepared are honest, simple and good. I often add a little personal touch (condiments, spices, salty herbs, etc.) to make them excellent, but the basics are there, especially for the price. Not tasted bad food, sometimes just too spicy for me. Jen always buys 20 at a time to get the box discount of $10, which is about 5%. Points are also accumulated for additional discounts. Costs around $10 per dish, very interesting.If you don't have the option of making healthy meals, I highly recommend it.

What a horrible experience.. I ordered the box of 20 dishes and day after day, the disappointment was there.-More than bland flavor. They need a real cook to teach them how to make quality sauces. Hardly better than Michelinas at the grocery store.-Insufficient portion of meat, even for a 3 year old child. About 2 to 3 bites per serving. Inadmissible.You can't do miracles with frozen food, but go spend at Cool&Simple instead. At least the taste is there!

Frankly, the dishes are disgusting, for the price of these meals, I had expectations and I was really disappointed. In addition, I bought $300 worth of meals and the cashier charged me 4x for a meal when I only had 2, when I asked for a refund, she didn't know how, so she forced me to take 2 more so as not to lose my money. Between these $10 meals and the freezer meals that you can find anywhere, I highly recommend normal freezer meals. I will never go again.

I like the fact that the dishes are not pre-salted. I took off one star because there is not enough meat in the ready meals, eg. ex. pulled pork mac and cheese, almost no pork or the bbq chicken fajita, there is very little chicken. However, I recommend Les Trois Chefs!

We arrived at last minute on a Sunday night and still has a friendly greeting and attentive service. The lady explained everything with enthusiasm and showed us around the shop. The food is good but lacks seasonning and has no salt. As long as you know this, you wont be disappointed. Great portion control at 325g each.
