Bad service I came to purchase a nx 350h . We ask the sell for a test drive and he didnt wanted to let us try the car unless we sign a contract with him so we went for another dealer instead very disappointed!!! :(

I have been a customer here since 2022 and have always appreciated the good service. Now everything has changed.
My vehicle was declared a total loss following flooding. So I returned to this dealership for a new purchase. I was interested in the IS350 F Sport 3, 2024, incognito black interior. So I dealt with Ben Koudoyor for the request. He tells me that he found one in Ontario that I want and that I will have it in a month. Perfect ! I sign the contract, I make the deposit and I go to credit. A week later, Ben called me back saying that he was no longer able to have the vehicle and offered me the demo from his director. I refuse and he tells me he will do further research. A week passes and he calls me back telling me that he is still not able to find me the vehicle that I signed for. He's still trying to give me the Director's Demo. I agree to at least go see him with my partner. Once there, the vehicle does not interest me (6000 km already on the clock, red interior) I refuse this vehicle a second time, even if it is a ridiculous proposal to lower my payment by $20 per month. So we sit down together to see the options. Here he offers me a 2025, which should receive in January. I ask him that if he can assure me that I get the same payment per month, I will place the order. He can't make me that promise. Now we find ourselves at an impasse. My partner intervenes by saying that it is not fair to have all the following steps taken if you are not able to respect your part of the contract. My partner reproached him frankly and directly, without raising her voice. Now BEN KOUDOYER is starting to raise his voice and be very aggressive verbally, telling my partner that he really doesn't like her attitude and that he is going to cancel everything. Right here, a very big lack of professionalism. It is inexcusable to raise your voice like this and be aggressive with a customer who explains to you that what you did is not correct. We ended up canceling the whole thing and left with the greatest disappointment. Mr. Koudoyer never apologizes, he preferred to play the violin about how hard he tried to get this vehicle. Now I've lost 2 weeks and a stain on my credit for nothing. 1 month to receive a vehicle from Ontario? It's very likely that Ben Koudoyer already knew he couldn't have this vehicle and was trying to buy time or sell me the demo, hoping that I would be desperate enough to take it.
Mr. Koudoyer clearly promised something that he was not able to do, and when reproaching on this subject, he preferred to take the defensive instead of looking into solutions to keep an existing client, and a future client in my partner. All trust is broken in this dealership and I can now be sure if I relied on other customer comments that have passed by. If this man is not capable of handling these emotions, he should find another job away from customer service.
For those who took the time to read this comment, I strongly suggest you choose another dealership for the purchase of your next vehicle, you deserve better. Too bad this business is a stain on such a good product.

The staff are very polite and patient and explain everything carefully. They do not rush through things with you nor do they force things on you. The dealership is clean and well kept. Great team.
