Completely unacceptable customer service. Came in store on July 15th to exchange a pair of sandals I got as a gift in the wrong size, did an in-store order. Everything was fine until I received a pair 2 sizes below what I ordered. Went back in store to exchange AGAIN, go through the whole process once more. The staff was fine. Now, I'm over a week after that was processed, the wrong size was AGAIN on order, and I'm told that my size is now back-order and I won't be getting it.If it was only that, its unfortunate but its not the end of the world. Sadly, it gets worse. Now, after waiting 3 weeks without having my pair of sandals, after dealing with having to travel in-store twice, i'm told by customer service that the store needs to handle order cancellations, and the store says that its customer service's job to do so. After some haggling, the manager agrees to do it if I can have chat logs to back it up, which is impossible to have official ones as the chat service online is horrible; closes after 2 minutes of inactivity without the ability to download the logs after the fact, no emails sent after the chat is closed, impossible to have a new rep get a log from a previous one, so i'm stuck here, without confirmation of anything, with the store and customer service not taking responsibility for anything and pointing one another. Now i'm looking at more wait until everything gets processed and I can be reimbursed, on top of having to once again drive to the store.This is by far the most frustrating purchase experience, and sadly it has very little to do with the people working, but more to do with how badly setup and organized Little Burgundy appears to be from the numerous mistakes and the ineptitude of how customer service works, on top of inventory mistakes. I cannot in good faith recommend buying from here, unless its in store and they have the correct order, you get to try them and confirm everything is good. DO NOT order online or in-store, you're opening yourself up for a world of discontent.

Can I put 20 stars?! The lady that served me was soooo nice. I bought a bag 3 months ago from another province. And since I didn't have my wallet on me, I couldn't "measure? If the bag would be big enough. I still bought it. When I came back, I noticed the bag is a bit too small so I went to LB and I explained my story. The girl did not bat an eye. She said yes, even though she could have said no and it's been more than 30 days. I don't think I have ever seen customer service as nice as her.
