I found my experience at this lululemon location at the Dix 30 to be very unpleasant. The store was over crowded, staff approached customers, however did not follow through with service for each individual customer. I was passed from one service person to another, and no one was actually able assist me. Would not feel comfortable retuning.

Meant to buy something but the only cashier was engaged with the group of customers in front of me like chatting forever and in the meantime other staff won’t help at all. Nobody even bother to look at me waiting in the line. Ended up walking away. Btw no ac and air is pretty bad

Worst customer service ever.Bought a polo from Ottawa store last November. When I wanted to wear it for first time after couple of months, I noticed a patch of color is messed up that I didn't notice at the time of purchase. The polo is never worn and still has the tags and everything. Went to this store to return but they didn't accept it as it has been more than 30 days. I told them their website says I still can get a store credit, they refused to even give me a gift card. The manager was extremely desrespectful, she kept asking what happened between November and now. I showed them their policy on the lululemon website that returns after 30 days can get store gift card and asked why they don't follow it, but she refused to answer my question and kept saying why I didn't come to the store sooner. At the end, the only solution they offered was to exchange it for another item at the store at full price. She even tried to exchange it for a cheaper polo saying that it's the same polo and only the color is different, yet I could clearly see that they are different! Never experienced a store manager lying to my face and disrespecting me like this. Will follow this up with lululemon customer support, if they don't offer a solution, will never buy anything from them.

Worst Experience Ever!I had the most disappointing experience at this store. I bought a sport set (leggings and sports bra) on Boxing Day, but less than two months later, the leggings were damaged. When I went to the store for an exchange, they didn't have the same color in stock. Despite my request for a store credit, they refused, insisting I choose another color.I spent 45 minutes in the store trying to find a suitable alternative, only to be met with rudeness at the cash register. The woman demanded an additional $45, claiming the color I chose was not on sale anymore, despite it being the same model.At the end they gave me the store credit anyway saying “i’ll make an exception for you “!!!!!I was their client for more than 10 years but wont be going there ever again!!
