A prom makeup look done by Ariel turned out AMAZING it's a perfect makeup look straight from Pinterest literally! Really I recommend a thousand times clear explanations of makeup methods the result is amazing... one day more than successful 🎓🥳

I ordered and paid for a product online for a store pickup at Brossard( Order was in my name). Waited patiently to pick up my order.When it was my turn the cashier looked at my order and said she need to validate something on her system.Here how the conversation goes.First question I was asked "Who is it for" ?Well ... I was polite and replied for a family member.Second Question:You are not here for uber pick up? Are you?So, I replied Well, I'm not?Then the order was handed over to me.I was stunned by the second question, when the answer for the first question was "It was for a family member"This is a worst type of stereotype and prejudice that people of color have to go through.The staff I was dealing with lacks customer service and process training . If you have to confirm my identity, then you ask for a government issued ID.I urge you to take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. I was recently served by Flavia and I have to say, she was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to help me find the perfect shade of lip liner and even let me try it on, which made all the difference. But what really impressed me was her makeup expertise - her techniques are simply great! She showed me how to enhance the shape & colour of my lips. Flavia's passion for makeup is clear, and her service was top-notch. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience at MAC!

Shopping experience classified as a success thanks to the support of Kathleen, who was absolutely incredible in her gentleness, patience and availability. I came to look for a complexion product with 0 knowledge and a little reluctant at the idea of going through 100 application steps, she directed me to a solution that suits me perfectly, for my personal routine and the result is wow. What a great experience!!! I wanted to spoil my 81-year-old mother with a makeup class. Kathleen, sorry if it doesn't pronounce it that way!, was attentive, patient and passionate during the 90 minutes of the class. We arrived 30 minutes early having received an email which mentioned it but which was not true and she took us anyway. The result was grandiose. Thank you thank you thank you to the whole team. Happy 40th Mac Cosmetics!!!!

Wednesday evening, I attended a makeup demonstration at Cosmétiques M-A-C in Brossard. Warm welcome and professional makeup artists. The makeup was beautiful and seemed simple enough to execute despite my inexperience. I learned things, received advice and had all my questions answered.Bravo Coralie, you did a very beautiful makeup as always. You really have talent and I would recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you for the invitation, I loved my evening, hoping to experience more in the next collections. ?I love the products and natural makeup tips you give for mature skin like mine.

Always a great experience here! The girls are so friendly and knowledgeable and respond to you in English! The management must really takepride in the staff they hire! Makes me enjoy shopping in store again.
