Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We purchased furniture for our bedroom (bed, dresser and 2 nightstands) and received it in September 2023. One of the drawer track of the dresser broke around 2 months later. It has now been almost 4 months since I've reported the issue, I've had 2 visits from their repairman and both times they didn't have the right piece of equipment.Nothing is done in between visits unless I call them. It's like they won't do anything to make this right unless I put some pressure. Getting to talk to someone on the phone is very difficult and they won't reply to emails.Until they get their stuff right, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Maison Corbeil.

The whole Maison Corbeil, Must, Jardin de ville group is terrible. Every single time I think it will be different but service is terrible, always a problem with deliveries, bad quality. EX: sofa sold for multiple thousands of dollars breaking appart after two years and having to fight the company to get a fraction of store credit. Ex2: wrong item delivered, delivery men pressuring to leave it with us and I return it myself. Our sales representative was on vacation at the moment we were told to call back and her colleague was unbothered by our problems or didn’t even offer an apology after telling us that the stools we bought are now back order and we would have to wait. We ordered this months ago while it was still in stock.TL;DR : bad service, bad quality… leads to losing loyal customers . Do not shop there, better alternatives exist

Ordered a dinning room table. First one came badly damaged. They agreed to replace it and when the replacement table came, it was also damaged. Since then, they have not been answering any emails sent to their customer service department. 0/5.

The after sale service is horrible.The 6000$ dining room chairs we bought, are very nice.Unfortunately we had to wait 8 months to receive them. (Two months later than promised)One of the chairs is the wrong size. We’ve been waiting close to a year for them to replace it. They don’t follow up, don’t return calls.I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.Terrible service

Interesting selection of furniture. OK sales people. After sales / Customer service is horrific. You can only email communicate?! the worst (actually, ordering & paying for a chair in November, with a 3 month delivery is pretty standard these days, until they push the delivery out to SEVEN months..?!). And I have already emailed many times to the general email box...NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE when you call the store. Infuriating. ** just saw "the owner" reply, within 15 minutes of my review...Maybe have your social media and web people work in customer service instead of lip service.

1 start is too much. The worst shopping experience, product quality and customer service ever in developed countries. Spent 11k+ for a set of fabric sectional 'Made in Europe' and received with cracked board (not wood) inside, strong odor from feather pillow (not down, making the house smell like chicken farm), and moreover a customer service with delay (> 6 months without a solution), dishonest (promised a change but would only fix after a while). And until today, after one year of waiting, one item in my order is not shipped yet --- one new date each ask. Want money back? Ha, never. A must go if you want to try your luck or get frustrated. Their customer service has zero care about customer. If you think my comment is exaggerated, please take a look at their responds to some 1 star reviews. Some of the reviews include the shopping detail and even order number and Maison C is able to backtrack but their responds are just 'you can email us at...' they have some good stuff, and the sales service was good, the problem is the after sales, The client service said it will repair my damaged floor, but it's non follow up, no one replies to any emails. so two stars.

Good choices, but some of them are a bit high priced. I bought some chairs here because of the quality, not for the price.If you need something less expensive, you can go to Structube, but the quality is not the same. And in my personal experience, even more expensive is Germain Larivière... many choices but too much for my budget.

While they have some nice furniture, Maison Corbeil has the worst after-sale service. We have had multiple (ongoing) issues with furniture purchased throughout the past year including wrong items delivered, damaged items delivered, and items delivered without installation. There seems to be a lack of communication between the sales team and the after-sale team / customer service.

I said never again but it is so hard to find nice furniture. Their customer service is awful again. Last time I bought something it was the same experience. Emailed 2x no reply, called sales person that helped me left message no reply. Want to return item and nobody is responding!!!!!!
