The mall includes several prestigious and exclusive banners, a barber, nail salon, optometrist, café, creamery, a place to rent games for children, and a place to have sweaters printed. It is a popular and reliable shopping destination. However, some find there are not enough stores. A specific issue noted is that the closing time is misleading, as the mall is closed at the posted hour and does not let anyone in. There is also a complaint about very bad and rude customer service at one establishment, described as a big scam. Despite these points, it remains a favourite place for shopping for many.
The place needs more spaces for families, not just 3 games.
