its been two times ice cream have been outside controlled temperature and put back in freezer. The ice cream is full of frost, the cream inside the chocolate stick is melted.. probably not safe to eat

Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service at Super C
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience at Super C. My mother was misled by a clearly marked price of $13.88 for a product, only to be charged $25.99 at the checkout. Upon returning to the store, I verified that the price tag was indeed still displayed as $13.88 and took a photo as proof.
When we approached the staff to address the issue, instead of acknowledging the mistake, we were met with resistance. A total of four staff members and two managers got involved, and rather than resolving the problem, we were indirectly accused of tampering with the price tag to commit fraud. Not a single apology was offered, and no one took responsibility for the situation, insisting it wasn’t their fault.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has shattered our trust in the Super C brand. It is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially after being loyal customers. If this is how customers are regarded, it’s no surprise that many, including ourselves, will no longer shop at Super C. In today’s competitive market, poor customer service and dismissive attitudes will inevitably lead to a business’s decline.
I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels, as this incident needs to be addressed seriously.

A very good store except the management does not know how to solve the shortage of carts. I have seen many customers look for a cart at the door, not find one and leave. Can’t you set a designated worker to ensure that the carts are available at the door?
