Cigo asks us to leave a tip after we pay $90 plus tax $13.35 for delivery. That's $102-. Why doesn't Matelas Bonheur or Cigo who employs the deliverymen give them at least 20% of what I paid. They deserve more and I can't afford to pay more after paying $102-

I bought a mattress from here 5 years ago and really enjoyed my experience at that time, the whole process from the sales person, shopping and selection was excellent. Unfortunately I started having issues with that mattress and went throught the process of the manufacturer's warranty. I followed the steps from the Matelas Bonheur website which required different pictures as proof - it was relatively easy , then 2 weeks later I received a call from the director Fabiano to confirm this was approved. I was able to shop for a new replacement mattress, only had to pay the shipping charge so they could take back the old mattress and deliver the new one at the same time. The delivery was super quick and fit in the schedule I wanted, all in a matter of a couple days. I really enjoy this location, the staff is never pushy and truly allow you the time to try what you need.
I've shopped at SO many mattress stores in the past like Ikea, liquidation centers and the big contender Dormez-Vous and I can say without a doubt that Matelas Bonheur is the best all around. Thank you for the wonderful service and providing me with an essential good night's rest.
